International Engineering Co. Was established in 1990 involving LPG Cylinders Manufacturing. Our Management Technical Staff is very rich experienced and worked for multinational companies. Our all skilled workers have good experience more then ten years in Cylinder Manufacturing field. Our all-Technical Staff is capable to meet the requirement of petroleum gas codes NFPA 58.
COMPANY AT GLANCE:
1981:
Started manufacturing electric fans for a wide range of models & designs with the capacity of 100 pcs / day.
1985: Production of fans was enhanced to 300 pcs / day.
1990: Switch from the manufacture of fans into camping type LPG cylinder with the range of 1 KG to 6 KG cylinders with the brand name of 3-STAR
1992: Was able to manufacture cylinder with international standards & enhanced the production capacity up to 300 pcs / day.
1995: Along with the local market share company started export to K. S. A Bahrain and Dubai.
1999: Formed another trading business, which started import of LPG equipment from Malaysia.
2001: Got the sole distribution rights from unity Gas appliances Malaysia to sell its products i. e. LPG regulators, Gas stoves etc. For Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bahrain.
2003: Planned to move the manufacturing unit to enhance the production capacity & to improve the quality to meet enhanced demand from local as well as export market.
2005: Purchased land & building for new planned manufacturing unit. 2007: Started new manufacturing unit & got unit certification from TUV NORD & ISO 9001: 2000. (Germany)
2008: To meet the increasing demand of domestic & commercial cylinder made another manufacturing unit equipped with high quality & high performance advanced technology machinery.
2008: Production capacity for LPG company cylinders increased up to 600 pcs / day.
QUALITY CONTROL:
We have accomplished TQC be extensive education of the workers, giving them the analysis tools they need to find and expose a problem. TQC means that all departments of the company must participate in quality control.
